LOGICLADDER REFUND POLICY

At LogicLadder we strive to build useful products that are easy to use. Thank You for trusting us and we do our best to keep your trust. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations and you need to discontinue our service.

SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS

If at anytime during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES OR FEATURES

If at anytime during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract.

AUTO RENEWAL

For your convenience, your subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount. If you forget to cancel a subscription you no longer want until it is has already been charged, you can cancel your subscription within five business days after your renewal date, and we will process your cancellation and give you a FULL REFUND.

CHARGEBACKS

When you request a chargeback, the bank that issues your credit card reverses a payment you made to LogicLadder and your account is disabled. To resolve the chargeback and re-enable your account, navigate to the subscription page, and re-purchase your order.

HARDWARE & APP SALES

All hardware items and apps purchased from our store are non refundable. Hardware are provided with warranty as per the Warranty Terms. Please check the warranty terms for respective hardwares in the store section.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund is initiated from our end within 3 working days of refund approval. An e-mail confirmation of the refund amount will be sent to the email address on our records. Please note that it may take 3-15 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.

Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing@logicladder.com

EXCEPTION TO OUR REFUND POLICY

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to LogicLadder Services due to a compliance issue or due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
