To ensure maximum data accuracy, BTS Logic is working with LSSi Corp., widely recognized as providing the highest quality, carrier-sourced listing data. LSSi is the first

non-telco provider to exceed 99% service-order-level accuracy across the full nation-wide directory database of U.S. telephone listings.

BTS Logic is currently in trial with Mattoon, Illinois based Consolidated Operator Services, a member of the Consolidated Communications family of companies, with more than 100 years of telecommunications experience. Rick Hall, director, Consolidated Operator Services, said initial testing looks very promising. “Based on our early testing of the product at Consolidated Operator Services, it appears to meet our high quality standards for a user-friendly service,” he said. “We believe many of our customers will prefer this speech automation product”.
